What does this platform actually do?

It measures whether AI search engines cite and recommend your site when people ask questions in your category, and then helps you do something about the prompts where they do not. You define the questions, we run them against ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini and Claude on a schedule, and record who gets cited and how.

Which engines do you track?

Five: Perplexity, ChatGPT with web search, Google AI Overviews, Gemini and Claude. Every paid plan includes all five — the Free plan covers Perplexity only. No engine is sold as a paid add-on on any plan, and no engine sits behind a higher tier.

How is Visibility Score calculated?

It is the share of your tracked prompts where an engine cited your domain. Ten prompts, six answers naming you, score of 60%. It is calculated per engine and in aggregate, because an average hides the engine where you are invisible.

What is Share of Voice?

Your citations as a proportion of all citations across your tracked prompts, measured against the competitors you name. Visibility Score tells you how often you show up; Share of Voice tells you how much of the answer space you own compared with everyone else.

Do I need to install anything?

No. No script, no pixel, no access to your site. The platform asks the engines your questions from the outside, exactly as a customer would.

How is this different from an AI visibility tracker?

A tracker measures. This measures, identifies which prompts you are missing from and why, generates and publishes content aimed at those gaps, then measures again to show whether it worked. If a dashboard is all you need, several good ones exist. The difference here is what happens after the dashboard.

Where do your prompts come from?

From you. You define the questions and we run them against the engines on a schedule. Worth knowing, because the marketing in this category can imply otherwise: the AI providers do not publish what people actually type into ChatGPT, so no tool works from a feed of real user prompts. Large prompt libraries are built from search data — things like Google’s People Also Ask and keyword databases — and then run against the engines. A big library gives you a broad view of a category; your own list gives you the questions that decide your deals.

Do I pay extra per engine?

No. Every paid plan includes all five engines. This is deliberate: when engines are add-ons, the advertised price stops being comparable and you find out the real cost after you have committed.

Does the Free plan include an article every month?

Accepted Answer

No — one article in total, not one per month. Generating an article is the single most expensive thing the platform does, so a monthly free allowance would mean paying customers subsidising unlimited free content. The one article exists so you can see what the pipeline produces before you decide. Tracking on the Free plan does renew every month.

Is there a free tier, and is it real?

Yes, and yes — 15 queries a month, 5 prompts, Perplexity, no card, no expiry. It is small enough that a serious brand will outgrow it quickly, which is the point: it exists so you can see where you stand before paying.

How does the article pipeline work?

Six steps: research, outline, drafting, SEO and GEO optimisation, quality and citation checks, then publishing. Each article can be aimed at a specific citation gap found in your tracking data, and published straight to WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Wix or a webhook. Every draft gets a quality and AI-citability score before it goes anywhere.

How long after publishing does AI start citing the page?

Two things have to happen: the engine has to find the page, and it has to decide the page is worth quoting. The first part has rough timings. Perplexity runs a live web search on every question, so a new page on an already-crawled domain can show up within a few days. ChatGPT Search reads Bing’s index and typically takes one to three weeks. Google AI Overviews follows Google’s normal indexing pace — commonly four to eight weeks for a new page. The second part has no timeline at all: if a competitor answers the question better, the engine will keep citing them however fast it crawls you. That is why the loop is measure, publish, measure again, rather than publish and hope.

Can you guarantee that AI will cite me?

No, and no one can. We do not control the engines and their ranking behaviour changes without notice. What we can do is show you exactly where you stand, which prompts you are losing, who is winning them, and whether what you published moved the number.

Why does AI mention my brand but not link to it?

Accepted Answer

It happens often, and it is why we track brand mentions separately from domain citations. A mention without a link still shapes the buying decision, so both are recorded — otherwise your reported visibility would understate reality.

What does it cost?

Free to start. Paid plans are $99 (Starter), $349 (Pro) and $799 (Agency) per month, with 17% off for yearly billing. Prices are published in full — there is no "contact sales" step to find out the number.

What counts as a query?

Accepted Answer

One prompt sent to one engine. Fifty prompts across all five engines is 250 queries per run, so on Starter’s 300 a month that is one full run — track fewer prompts if you want weekly runs, or move up a plan. This is the trade-off worth planning around, because the query allowance is the real limit, not the engine count. Google organic rank comes from the same call as AI Overviews, so it costs nothing extra.

What happens if I run out of queries?

You get an email at 80% of the limit. After that, credits from your wallet are used automatically if you have a balance; without credits, tracking pauses until the next cycle. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged without you buying credits or upgrading.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, from Billing in your dashboard. You keep paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. No cancellation fee, no phone call.

Who owns the data?

You do. Your prompts, results and generated content are yours, exportable to CSV or XLSX at any time, on every plan including Free.

Do you train models on my data?

Accepted Answer

No. Your prompts are sent to the AI providers in order to get an answer — that is the product — but we do not use your data to train anything, and we do not sell it.

Where is the data stored?

Accepted Answer

On EU infrastructure, under GDPR. If you need a data processing agreement or a list of sub-processors for procurement, ask and we will send both.

Question 22

Can I delete my account and data?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Deleting your account removes your projects, prompts and results. Invoices are retained because accounting law requires it — that is the one exception, and it applies to every business you buy from.
