Do I pay extra for Gemini or Google AI Mode?

No. Every paid plan includes all five engines — Perplexity, ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini and Claude. Several tools in this category sell engines as add-ons on top of the base price; we decided not to, because it makes the real cost impossible to compare.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep what you paid for.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept the usual cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and SEPA direct debit.

What happens if I go over my monthly query limit?

You get an email at 80% of your limit. Once the limit is used up, credits from your wallet are spent automatically if you have a balance. With no credits, tracking pauses until the next billing cycle. You can top up credits any time under Billing.

Do I need a card for the Free plan?

No. The Free plan requires no payment details. You only enter a card when you upgrade.

Is there a discount for paying yearly?

Yes — yearly billing saves 17% against monthly. You can switch between monthly and yearly pricing at the top of the plan cards.

From Billing in your dashboard, any time. You keep access to paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Which plan should I pick?

Free is for seeing where you stand. Starter suits a single brand or site — all five engines, 50 prompts, 300 queries a month. Pro is the usual choice once AI visibility is someone’s actual job: five times the prompts, Segment Radar and content gap analysis. Agency is for running multiple client brands with white-label reports and team seats.

What if I need more queries than my plan includes?

Either move up a plan or top up credits in your wallet. Credits are spent automatically once the monthly allowance runs out. One credit equals one query.

Do you offer startup or non-profit pricing?

Yes, for qualifying startups and non-profits. Get in touch through the contact form with a short description of your organisation and we will put together terms.
